MTM Service is available at our store located at 193A Kitchener Road S(208254) - Appointments are preferred

Yes. Further alterations are Free if you bring it back within 30 days after collection. You can wear it as you please and let us know if you need any further adjustments.

Subsequently fees are charged at 50% off prevailing walk-in alteration rates.

Yes we do! Simply drop us a message or call us to find our more! We do bulk orders for groomsmen, Corporate uniforms, and more! 

It can be tailored individually or by standard sizing.

Should you be too busy and unable to drop by personally, we can go to you! For a nominal fee of $60 per appointment. 

After your measurements are taken, it will take around 1-2 weeks until your next fitting. Your items can be collected on your fitting day if you are satisfied with the fit, otherwise it'll be an additional week for us to make the adjustments.

For all orders: Items not fitted or collected (without
communicating with us) for more than 100 days, will be discarded

We are not responsible for any damages, missing or
fitting issues for items left in store for more than 100 days. Alteration/ replacement charges will incur for these items. 

Returns & Exchange (Not Applicable to MTM)

Cash refunds are not provided for returns. An online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account.

The online gift voucher will have a one year validity. 

In order for returns/ exchange to be processed, all items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags intact and unaltered in any ways. You will be issued an online gift code equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for a year. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.

All items must be exchanged/returned within 30-days from date of order.

For exchange/ returns, download and print the return/ exchange form
Pack your item(s) an d a completed Returns Form together in a parcel.

You may:

  1. Drop it off at the Stitched Custom Store
  2. Mail it back to us

Returns will be processed within 14 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Singapore public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel.

An email or SMS update will be sent to you once your item has been processed.
